The jogger being killed by the airplane could have been avoided if he would have been listening he could moved out the way if he would have heard it coming his music probably was to loud for him to hear. I think using in ipod or mp3 players are good in bad in both ways because you can concentrate on your work better in class and if someone is talking bout you you could just block them out with your music in sometimes music clams some people down. In the hallways its not that good because someone could just do anything to you without you even knowing what happened or whats going on. So i think using ipods in mp3 could go both ways.
